Hi all! This week we'll be gathering at the Wolfe's home (1162 NE 3rd Avenue, Hillsboro 97124) at 5pm on Sunday. The meal will be ramen- yumm! The Wolfe's will provide broth and noodles and the rest of the group can bring chopped protein and veggies to add plus drinks and dessert. Below are some ideas. Please let us know what you would like to contribute in the comments.
- Protein: chicken breast, ground beef, pork belly, shrimp, crab, scallops, tofu, seitan, tempeh, soft boiled egg (we don't need all of these - just some great ideas from online)
- Veggies: carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, bean sprouts, bok choy, spinach, scallion, bamboo shoots
- Dessert
- Drinks
The Petersons will bring cabbage, scallions, and carrots.
