Hi Everyone!
This week we're having our community Christmas party at the Atwood's home! Their address is 605 SE 26th Ave, Hillsboro. Your GPS may tell you to stop at the beginning of their road, but they live at the very end of 26th on the gravel loop. They are the middle house of three with a red roof.
We'll be enjoying a Christmas dinner. The Atwoods are graciously providing a ham and here are the other items we need to make it a meal. Please let us know what you'll bring in the comments.
- scalloped or mashed potatoes
- salad
- other sides
- wine
-sparkling cider
- Geels will bring sugar cookies and frosting for decorating/eating
There will be an ugly Christmas sweater contest with a prize for the winner. We'll also have a white elephant gift exchange for the adults. Please bring something for the exchange that is crazy, funny, whatever. No need to go out and buy anything. Just grab something from the back of the closet or garage ;)
We are also collecting non-perishable food items, grocery gift cards, or money to put toward a gift card, along with notes of encouragement. These will go to a family that is served through the family room at church. I'll be turning everything into Beth on January 1st. Please get items to Lindsey by December 29.
