We'll be meeting at the Geels home at 6pm this Thursday. (327 NE 18th Ave, Hillsboro) Dinner will be Yumm bowls. Here's what we need to make it a meal.
- brown and white rice (Geels will provide)
- black beans (this is the base with the rice, so please bring plenty)
- shredded cheese
- salsa and sour cream
- diced tomatoes
- diced bell peppers
- diced onions
- edamame
- sliced avocado
- black olives
- cilantro
- other toppings you can think of???
- and of course Yum Sauce (Geels have Chipotle Yumm sauce left from last Yumm bowl night)
